Q. What are your opening hours?
A. We are open:Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm. Saturday 8am till 12pm.If you require assistance out of hours please select one of our relevant staff from the contacts page.

Q. What delivery options do you offer?
A. We offer a comprehensive range of delivery options including:

• ‘Timed’ next day deliveries
• Economical 3-day deliveries
• 1st and 2nd class post

Q. How do I open a credit account?
A. We have supplied our credit application form on this website (under 'company services') which you can download, print off and either post or fax it back to us. Alternatively please contact the accounts department at our Foxholes depot to request one.
