Ian Scruton (Managing Director/Sales) Ian the elder son of the late Cecil and brother to Guy, worked at International Harvester on product training and demonstration for seven years and returned back to the company in 1983. Richard Gillett (Sales/Challenger Specialist / Director) Richard joined the company in January 1994 and worked in the stores department for a while before moving into sales. James Allison (Sales) James joined the company from leaving school and worked in the service department, specialising in drilling, spraying and fertilization equipment.Then joined the sales team in 2006.
