AGRICULTURAL & HORTICULTURAL MACHINERY PARTS

At Wilfred Scruton Ltd, we understand how important reliable, knowledgeable customer service is to our customers. Our parts departments at both depots are a key part of that service, offering extensive stocks, fast delivery and, most importantly, a friendly and knowledgeable team who are always happy to help.

Our experienced parts teams can provide advice both in person and over the phone, with access to parts systems for all of the machinery franchises we represent. We are always happy to answer questions and, where possible, source parts for machinery that we have not supplied ourselves. If you’re unsure where to find a part, it’s always worth giving us a call.

We carefully monitor our stock levels and sales patterns to make sure we carry the parts our customers are most likely to need. As a result, we can usually fulfil requirements directly from our own stock. For parts that we don’t hold in stock, we can normally source them within 1-2 working days.

We appreciate that many of our customers are busy and may not have time to visit one of our depots, which is why we offer a fast and reliable delivery service. Stocked parts can usually be delivered the next working day upon request.

For those who prefer to visit us in person, both of our parts departments have well-stocked shops, featuring a wide range of products and useful displays. Our friendly teams are always on hand to offer advice and help you find what you need.

We are also in the process of creating our online parts store on this website. With a large range of products to add, this is an ongoing project, so please don’t assume we cannot supply something simply because it isn’t currently listed online. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please give us a call - we may well be able to source it for you.

• Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am-12:00 noon
• Sundays during harvest and 24/7 callout available*

We understand that agricultural and horticultural work doesn’t always fit neatly around standard opening hours, so we are happy to be flexible where possible. If you have a specific requirement or need to arrange a collection or visit outside our usual hours, please ask and we will always endeavour to help.

PARTS ONLINE

You can order parts online for both AGCO and JCB. Our parts advisors are still on hand to help and more than happy to see you in-person, but ordering online can be a quick and easy alternative if you know what you need and you'd rather have it delivered to your door or ready for anybody to collect from one of our depots.

REMAN PARTS

For both our main franchises, JCB and AGCO, we have a remanufactured parts offering which is a cost-effective and environmentally friendly aftersales solution. Please ask our Parts team for more information, or visit the Valtra, Fendt and JCB websites.
